An aluminum composite panel price becomes meaningful only when the panel construction is clear. DERACP helps buyers compare total thickness, aluminum skin, core, coating, finish, sheet size, quantity and export packing before evaluating the price per square meter.
Two quotations can both say “4 mm aluminum composite panel” and still describe materially different products. The face aluminum skin, back skin, core, coating, color system, protective film and sheet dimensions can change both the material cost and the intended service condition.
A quote that omits aluminum skin thickness, coating system or core type may appear attractive but is difficult to compare. If the specification changes after sample approval—or if freight, packing, testing and cutting waste were excluded—the final landed cost can be very different from the first number.
For importers, contractors and distributors, the useful objective is not the smallest visible number. It is a comparable price for the same ACP or ACM construction, under the same trade term, with the same packing and quantity.

When these fields are written into every supplier quote, an aluminum composite panel price per square meter becomes a much more useful purchasing metric.
The following variables explain most ACP and ACM price differences in export purchasing. Their effect is not perfectly linear, because one specification choice can also change production route, MOQ, sample approval, packing or loading.

Face and back aluminum gauge can have a strong effect on material value, stiffness, forming behavior and exterior suitability. Always request both values separately.
Standard PE core and mineral-filled fire-retardant constructions have different raw-material structures. Fire-related grades should be tied to the exact test method and classification.
Interior and protected uses commonly evaluate PE coatings, while exterior cladding often requires PVDF or another weathering-oriented system. Coating chemistry and build affect quotation.
Solid and common colors may follow a different production path from metallic, brushed, mirror, wood, marble, high-gloss or custom matched finishes.
Standard dimensions are easier to compare. Non-standard width or long sheets can affect production, pallet dimensions, container loading, fabrication yield and handling risk.
A full container of repeated specifications is commercially different from many colors in small batches. MOQ and production setup should be reviewed by specification, not just total square meters.
Film printing, edge protection, pallet type, labels, private-label marks and moisture protection can add cost while reducing downstream identification and transport issues.
Required reports, inspection, destination documentation and whether the quote is EXW, FOB, CIF or another term can materially change what the stated “price” includes.
This matrix is a procurement guide rather than a fixed price list. Final values depend on the complete order specification and current raw-material conditions.

The ranges below are practical reference points taken from DERACP's current product information. They are not a promise that every combination is available in every quantity; final feasibility, tolerance and schedule require order review.
A cost-effective signage sheet and an exterior façade panel should not automatically share the same construction. Application first, specification second, price third is a safer sequence for commercial sourcing.
Printing, routing, flatness, surface compatibility, finished size and yield may matter more than an exterior-grade coating. Standard sizes can simplify inventory and nesting.
Interior walls, ceilings, partitions and retail fixtures often emphasize color, gloss, clean fabrication and maintainability. PE coating is commonly evaluated for controlled environments.
PVDF or another exterior-appropriate system, skin gauge, panel size, support spacing, climate, wind design and local code should be reviewed before price comparison.
Do not compare a generic “fireproof ACP” label. State the required classification, test method and exact panel construction so the supplied product and document can be matched.
Define the high-volume colors, standard sizes, core/coating combinations, private-label film and pallet identity. A controlled SKU matrix makes repeat orders easier to compare.
Mirror, brushed, wood, metallic and custom colors may require special surface handling, protective film and appearance approval. Direction and gloss should be documented where relevant.

Import buyers often compare an EXW or FOB material price while overlooking packing, freight, duty, local handling and fabrication yield. For project budgeting, landed usable cost is usually more informative than the factory number alone.

Add fabrication waste where sheet optimization, grooves, folds, openings or color-direction rules reduce usable yield. Installation labor and framing are separate project costs unless specifically included.
A larger or custom sheet may cost more per sheet, yet reduce cutting waste, joints or fabrication time for a specific module. Conversely, an oversized sheet can increase pallet, handling and freight complexity. Evaluate dimensions with the cutting plan, not only the unit price.
The comparison should be line-by-line. If one supplier leaves a field blank, treat it as an open commercial risk until the missing construction or cost item is confirmed in writing.

Short answers to the questions buyers most often need to settle before comparing an ACP or ACM quote.
There is no single global ACP panel price per square meter. Public supplier listings in August 2026 show a broad range, with common offers often appearing in roughly the US$5–25/m² area, but those figures can describe different aluminum skin, core, coating, finish, quantity and trade terms. Use online figures only as a market reference. DERACP prepares a quotation after the requested construction, dimensions, quantity, packing and destination are defined.
Convert width and length to meters, multiply them to get square meters per sheet, then multiply by the quoted price per square meter. A 1220 × 2440 mm sheet is 1.22 × 2.44 = 2.9768 m². If a supplier's illustrative price is US$10/m², the material-only sheet value is about US$29.77 before packing, freight, duty, taxes and other charges.
“4 mm” describes only total thickness. One panel can use a thinner aluminum skin, standard PE core and interior PE coating, while another uses a thicker skin, mineral-filled fire-retardant core and exterior PVDF system. Finish, dimensions, protective film, testing and packing can also differ. Compare the entire layer build-up.
PVDF and PE are different coating systems selected for different service conditions. PE is commonly evaluated for interior or protected applications, while PVDF is commonly considered for exterior exposure. Because coating formulation and coating build are different, the quotation may change. Final selection should follow climate, UV exposure, color, maintenance and project specification.
Fire-retardant mineral-filled core constructions use a different material system and may require specific test reports or documentation, so they should be priced separately from standard PE-core panels. Instead of requesting “fireproof ACP,” state the required classification and test method so the exact proposed construction can be reviewed.
Send the application, interior/exterior condition, total panel thickness, face and back aluminum skin, core, coating, color or finish, width, length, quantity by color, destination port, packing requirement and any required test or document. If some fields are not decided, explain the application and ask DERACP to identify the assumptions in the quotation.
