A few days ago one Austrailian customer visit our factory and saw the production lines for ACM panel. He felt satisfied with our quality and productions lines. After a week, he confirmed the order with 5000㎡ for aluminum composite panel for wall cladding. And he meet the requirements to order 2 to 3 times a year.

There are 9 production lines in our factory during producing the ACM panel. The ACP line is specially designed for customer who wants to product mid-thickness and high-thickness aluminum composite panel.The unilateral thickness of aluminum coil above 0.1mm.The ACP line equips high output PE extruder. It has following advantages:
1.Using high output single screw extruder or same direction conical twin extruder
2.The thickness is 3-8mm,and the unilateral thickness of aluminum coil above 0.1mm
3.ACP panel has the advantages of straightness,strong,high, peeling strength
4.Low temperature compound, saving energy
5.The width of product is large, can reach to 800-1600mm
