Last week, our factory just purchased a batch of raw materials for the production of ACP sheet - aluminum coils.

The metal surface composite panel is an aluminium panel which is formed by continuous hot pressing of two layers of aluminum panels and an intermediate low-density polyethylene core layer. The intermediate core layers can be of different thicknesses, the compounding process is produced on a continuous production line, the products are produced to a specific width, and the required length of the product is cut online according to the customer's order size. The front side of the aluminum plate is pre-rolled polyester baking varnish, the front aluminum board surface is covered with a peelable protective film, and the surface of the back aluminum sheet is a chemically pretreated anti-corrosive light aluminum surface or pre-rolled anti-corrosion polyester oil baking varnish.
