Acp aluminum composite panel (ACP), made of aluminium composite material (ACM), are flat panels consisting of two thin coil-coated aluminium sheets bonded to a non-aluminium core.

The thickness of aluminum wall panels are usually in the range of 3-6 mm , and the aluminum skins are in the range of 0.2- 0.8 mm. The insulated core are made of different materials.There are three general categories of the cores are as shown as below:
PE Cores – Made of 100% polyethylene (PE) and are flammable.
FR Cores – which are non-combustible and act as a fire retardant.
Aluminium Cores – Made of an aluminium honeycomb structure or solid aluminium.

To make them more suitable for different applications, acp sheet aluminum composite panels have been developed with different types of paints and coatings such as
Coated with PVDF resin, for PE/FR Constructional/Architectural use
Coated with Nano PVDF
Coated with FEVE resin or high-quality polyester, for Digital Printing/ Signage use
