The joint method of aluminum composite panels is divided into two categories, one is to hide the fixed points, and the other is to allow the fixed points to be exposed.
First, the fixed point is hidden:
1. Use a sealant material such as glue or rubber to hide;
2. Cover with aluminum frame or decorative aluminum profile;
3. After folding the aluminum-plastic panel, the fixing point is placed inside.
Second, the fixed point is exposed:
1. Cover the edge with aluminum profiles or directly cover the joints;
2. Cover the joint with a rubber strip and directly expose the fixed screw or rivet;
3. In addition to the rubber method, the exposed fixed parts or aluminum profiles must be treated with a surface such as baking varnish.
Which fixing method is used depends on the special circumstances of each project, such as the designer's design, the owner's aesthetic hobby, and the quality of the fixed supporting materials required by the market for special surfaces.
