Aluminium composite panels are made from multiple layers of material, with a high purity aluminium alloy panel on top and bottom and a non-toxic low density polyethylene (PE) core panel in the middle, with a protective film applied to the front. For exterior applications, the front of the aluminium composite panel is coated with a fluorocarbon resin (PVDF), while for interior applications, the front can be coated with a non-fluorocarbon resin.

Roll-coated aluminium composite panels ACP panel are 0.1mm thinner than laminate panels of the same specification.

Roll-coated aluminium composite panel and laminated aluminium composite panel ACP sheet have their own advantages, roll-coated aluminium composite panel price is higher, but compared to laminated aluminium composite panel colour lasting, not easy to be abraded. The price of laminated aluminium composite panels is lower and the price/performance ratio is high. Users can choose the right aluminium composite panel according to their needs.
