Installation process of aluminum composite panel billboard
Placing line → fixing the connection of the skeleton → fixing the skeleton → installing the aluminum plate → processing the structure of the closure → installing the advertising word → inspection
(I) Line up
Fix the skeleton and pop the position of the skeleton onto the base. The skeleton is fixed on the main structure, and the quality of the main structure is checked before the line is placed.
(II) fix the skeleton connections
Fix the skeleton by welding connections on the columns of the main structure.
(iii) Fixing skeleton
The skeleton is pre-treated for anti-corrosion. Install the skeleton in an accurate position and firmly combined. Check the centerline, surface elevation, etc. after installation. In order to ensure the accuracy of the installation of the plate, it is advisable to use the longitudinal and latitudinal instruments to penetrate the crossbeam vertical frame bars. The deformation joints, settlement joints, variable section at the proper treatment, so that they meet the requirements of use.
(D) Installation of aluminum plate
The installation and fixing of aluminum plate should be firm and reliable, easy and simple.
1、The gap between the plate and the board should be treated internally to make it flat and smooth.
2、After the aluminum plate is installed, the parts that are easy to be contaminated are covered with plastic film or other materials for protection.
Installation precautions
1、The variety, quality, color, pattern and line of the aluminum plate should meet the design requirements, and there should be a product certificate of conformity.
2、When light steel keel is used for advertising signboard skeleton, its specification and shape should meet the design requirements and should be treated with rust removal and rust prevention.
3、When there is no design requirement for aluminum plate installation, it is advisable to use aluminum rivets with rubber ring in the middle. Core rivet spacing to control within 100-150mm.
