1、Aluminium composite panel ACP for building curtain wall

The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plate is not less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness should be not less than 4mm. aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880, generally to use 3000, 5000 and other series of aluminum alloy plate, the coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating.

2、Aluminum composite panel ACP sheet for exterior wall decoration and advertising

The thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plate is not less than 0.20mm rust-proof aluminum, the total thickness should not be less than 4mm. coating generally uses fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.

3、Aluminium composite panels for indoor use

The thickness of the upper and lower aluminum panels is generally 0.20mm, and the minimum thickness is not less than 0.10mm, and the total thickness is generally 3mm. the coating is polyester coating or acrylic coating.

Aluminum composite panel acm is composed of two materials (metal and non-metal) with very different nature. The upper and lower layers are high purity aluminum alloy panels and the middle is non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) core panel, and a protective film is also pasted on its front side. For outdoor, the front side of the aluminum composite panel is coated with fluorocarbon resin (PVDF), and for indoor, its front side can be coated with non-fluorocarbon resin.

It retains the main characteristics of the original composition materials (metallic aluminum, non-metallic polyethylene plastic), but also overcomes the shortcomings of the original composition materials, and thus obtains many excellent material properties, such as luxury, colorful decorative, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, fire resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, shock resistance; light weight, easy processing and molding, easy handling and installation, etc.

Therefore, it is widely used in various architectural decorations, such as ceilings, wrapped columns, counters, furniture, telephone booths, elevators, storefronts, billboards, plant walls, etc. It has become the representative of metal curtain walls among the three major curtain walls, and in developed countries, aluminum composite panels are also used in the manufacture of buses and fire carriages, sound insulation materials for airplanes and ships, design instrument cases, etc.

The aluminum composite panel adopts a new process to improve the most critical technical index of aluminum composite panel - peel strength - to an excellent state, so that the performance of aluminum composite panel in terms of flatness and weather resistance is improved accordingly.

The weight of aluminum composite panel is only about 3.5-5.5kg per square meter, so it can reduce the harm caused by earthquake, and it is easy to carry. Its superior construction can be completed by simple carpentry tools, such as cutting, cutting, edge planing, bending into curved and right-angle shapes, and it can cooperate with designers to make various changes.

The middle of aluminum composite panel is PE plastic core material which is flame retardant, and the two sides are aluminum layer which is extremely difficult to burn. Therefore, it is a safe and fireproof material that meets the fire resistance needs of building regulations.
