The antibacterial aluminium composite panel is made up of a top layer of antibacterial coloured aluminium panels, a lower layer of ordinary simple painted aluminium panels and a middle plastic core laminated with a high strength adhesive film. It is a new product developed by Future Window for many years and has matured for the market.
The main composition of the antibacterial aluminium composite panel is to replace the original polyester or fluorocarbon resin paint with antibacterial coating on the surface of the conventional aluminium composite panel structure, the difference between the process and the aluminium composite panel is that the surface coating has the function of inhibiting the breeding or growth of bacteria.
Product development
In places with high requirements for environmental cleanliness, ordinary aluminium composite panels are easily attached to the surface of the coating due to water, oil, or bacteria in the environment, such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Enteritidis, etc. These bacteria are strong in reproduction and invariably affect the hygiene and cleanliness of the environment, which is seen as a great enemy.
Accordingly, the development of antibacterial aluminium composite panels is mainly aimed at the decoration of places with antibacterial requirements, such as sanatoriums, clean rooms, laboratories, hospital wards, consultation rooms, operating theatres, pharmaceutical plants, food factories, biochemical plants, etc.
Advantages of antibacterial aluminium composite panels
The antibacterial aluminium composite panel has all the characteristics of aluminium composite panel acp except for the fact that the international coating with antibacterial and bactericidal coating is applied to the aluminium composite panel, which makes it have the effect of controlling the reproduction of microbial activities and ultimately killing bacteria. Experiments have proven that the 290,000 coliform bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus planted in the aluminium composite panel coating, placed in the indoor environment at 35°C after 24 hours, from the original 290,000 bacteria, reduced to less than 5,000 (and continued to work), the antibacterial ability can reach 98% or more, inhibit the growth of bacteria and with the existence of the coating effectiveness, after the use of the place greatly improved the cleanliness.
The antibacterial aluminium composite panel coating only works on bacteria and is completely harmless to humans. According to the test method of JC/T897-2002, the antibacterial standard for building materials in China, such as Escherichia coli, 98.14%; Staphylococcus aureus, 93.33%.
